Previously, educational documents were sent by a recruiting agent to the Saudi Culture for manual attestation. This old system of document verification has been replaced by an online E-service called “Mosadaqa” that allows applicants to apply for verification of their educational certificates from the comfort of their home.
Now you can apply for Certificate verification and follow-up application form request through Mosadaqa E-Service without visiting the Saudi Arabia Culture Mission.
What educational documents, certificates, or degrees are required for Saudi Mosadaqa verification?
- National Identity Card
- Travel Passport (All old and current passports)
- Following BDS Documents:
- BDS degree (attested from UHS, HEC and MOFA)
- BDS transcript
- BDS online verification payment slip (Challan can be downloaded from the UHS website)
- Following FCPS Documents:
- FCPS degree (attested from CPSP, HEC and MOFA)
- FCPS transcript (Note HEC doesn’t attest FCPS transcript)
- FCPS online verification payment slip (Challan can be downloaded from CPSP fellow portal)
How to do the Saudi Mosadaqa educational certificates verification?
In this blog, we will guide you step-by-step on how you can apply for your Saudi Mosadaqa educational certificates verification.
Step 1: Create a user account on the Mosadaqa portal
To create a new account, visit the Mosadaqa website and click “Sign up” in the top right corner, and enter all the required relevant information.

Make sure all information is correct.
Step 2: Choose your relevant education

For fellowship, click “Fellowship” under the tab Apply for Verification degree (University education)
Step 3: Enter your Certificate Verification Request Fellowship details

Accept the terms and conditions and proceed to the next page, and enter your degree information.

For Example, for those who have a Fellowship from CPSP:

Press Save and move to the next tab, and enter your degree details.

Enter your start and end dates according to your Transcript.

After the degree details and transferred hours information, if any.
If any candidate is completing his degree on more than one campus or in more than one university, then he has to add the transferred hours. Mostly Pakistani graduates or postgraduates complete their degree on a single campus and university, so these are not related to us normally.

Next is the Documents tab, upload all the required documents.


For 1. Upload both front and back sides of the National Identity Card in PDF format.
For 3. Upload all the pages of the current Passport and all the old passports.
You have to add the first page of your passport. As well as, you have to add all pages of your current passport and old passport (if any ), whether they are blank or have some previous visa stickers. Normally, Pakistani passports have 36 pages. You have to take a picture of each page, gather all pages in a single file, and then upload.
For 6. Upload payment receipt, for CPSP, you can find in the Fee tab.
For 7. HEC verification stamp: Before proceeding to Mosadaqa attestation, degrees should be attested from HEC and MOFA. On the backside of the degree, the HEC attestation stamp has a QR code. You have to take a Zoom picture of the stamp and then upload it. Mosadaqa personnel will check the HEC verification by using the QR code to verify the degree.

For UHS you can download Challan from UHS website.

Last step is the Mosadaqa Fees payment and submission of documents
Mosadaqa Service fees are approximately 538.20 SAR / document.
How long does it take to complete Saudi Mosadaqa educational certificates verification?
Normally, it can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks.
