Step-by-step guide for Data Flow for Gulf countries
Data flow is mandatory if you are looking for a job in a Gulf country. In this article, you will learn how to do the Data Flow process yourself without the need of third parties/agents to do it for you. If you can follow the following steps, you can save a lot of money.

If you are applying for a Job in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) requires a positive Data Flow report.
The following documents are required for Data Flow verification:
- FCPS (Education)
- BDS (Education)
- PMC (Health License)
- EXPERIENCE (Employment)
Step 1: Account Registration:
You need to visit the Data Flow website and register for your account. After the registration process is completed, you need to log in to your account and start your application for Data Flow.
Step 2: Start Application
Step 3: Select the Licensing Authority
After you start your application, you need to choose the Licensing authority name for the country for which you are applying, e.g., for Saudi Arabia authority name is “Saudi Commission for Health Specialties”.
Step 4: Select your desired package and Facility name
We recommend choosing the package which have a Type of document check is “Education, Health License, and Employment”.
For Facility Name, if your facility name is listed, choose that option otherwise, you can opt for “Not working in KSA”.

Step 5: Enter your Licensing details
In this section, upload your passport picture and enter all details according to your passport.
Step 6: Enter your first Education Details, e.g. BDS
In this section, enter all details according to your Qualification and upload your Degree Front, Back picture, and marksheet.
Step 7: Enter your second Education Details, e.g., FCPS
In this section, enter all details according to your Qualification and upload your Degree Front and Back pictures.
Step 8: Enter your Employment Details
In this section, enter all details according to your experience certificate and upload your employment certificate pictures.
Step 9: Enter your Health License Details
In this section, enter all details according to your Pakistan Medical and Dental Council permanent license certificate and upload your certificate pictures.
Step 10: Download the letter of authorization and the employment endorsement letter
In this section, you will download an endorsement letter and enter your name, passport number, and signature, after which you will upload it again to complete the process.
Final Step: Payment
After you successfully pay your due amount, your application is submitted, and you will be updated after each document is verified.
Receive DataFlow Report
After your documents are successfully verified, you will receive your Data Flow report email.
Note: Make sure the QR code is available on your Data Flow report.
Important: If you have not done the Data Flow process yourself, you must scan and check the QR code or verify it from the Data Flow website using your case reference number to verify if the Data Flow report you received from the agent is Original or Fake.
