If you want to practice Dentistry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you need to get an official Professional Classification and Registration certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) to become a health practitioner in Saudi Arabia. In this blog, we will guide you step-by-step on how you can apply for your SCFHS Classification and Registration certificate.
Step 1: Create a user account on the SCFHS portal
To create a new account, visit the Mumaris Plus SCFHS website and enter all the required relevant information.

Step 2: Log in to the Mumaris Plus Dashboard
After you have successfully activated and logged in your Mumaris Account, you can start your SCFHS Professional Classification and Registration certificate application.


Next step is to choose your profession: “Dentistry and Related Specialties” and the rank, which in case of FCPS from Pakistan will be “Senior Registrar”, and MDS from Pakistan or India will be “Registrar”.
Once done, click Apply
Step 3: Answer a few questions
To ensure you have selected the right service, you need to answer a few questions on the page. You can carefully read those questions to enter the right answer according to your personal information.

Once done, click Continue
Step 4: Start filling your application
In this section, you need to enter all the details related to your Education, Work, and Service.
The first step is Education or Qualification details, enter all your relevant details as mentioned on your degree and upload the qualification/degree/transcript/marksheet/verification report, clear pictures or a PDF.


Verification Reference Number is your Degree Data Flow report reference number. If you have already completed your Data Flow and the report is available, you can see this number from your Data Flow verification report. If you have not completed Data Flow verification for your documents, make sure you do Data Flow verification first before you proceed further in your Mumaris Plus application.

The next step is to enter your work and service details and related documents.


Step 5: Initial payment and application submission
In this step, you need to pay the admin fees (200 SAR). You will also receive an email to pay the amount within 1 month of applying.


After your payment is successful, your application will be submitted for review by SCFHS Mumaris Plus.

Step 6: Application acceptance and redirected to exam path
Upon successful scrutiny of your application, you will receive an email (with an Eligibility ID for the Prometric exam) to take the exam to complete the professional classification.

Step 7: After passing exam final payment for registration certificate download
After you have successfully passed the exam. You will be directed to the final payment (1700 SAR) and registration certificate download. Validity of the registration is for 2 years.

Step 8: Download the Registration certificate
You can now log on to your Mumaris Plus portal to download your SCFHS Registration certificate.
